Larken Associates recently announced the successful completion of a comprehensive capital improvement project at Raritan Commons, a key commercial hub located at 200 Route 31 North, in Flemington.
The renovation, executed by the firm’s in-house construction team, Core Enterprises, aims to revitalize the 67,040-square-foot facility to better serve its professional and health care-focused tenant base. The two-story building, strategically positioned across from the Hunterdon Medical Center, now boasts a refreshed aesthetic and modern amenities.

- Restroom Remodeling: Full renovations were completed for common area bathrooms, including new fixtures, countertops, partitions, and flooring.
