Law firm Archer & Greiner on Tuesday announced today that PJ Farinella has joined the firm as a partner in its Business Litigation Practice Group. Based in the firm’s Voorhees office, Farinella’s addition marks a strategic investment in the firm’s litigation capabilities.
Farinella is a seasoned commercial litigator with a track record of representing companies across a diverse spectrum of industries. His practice encompasses high-stakes business disputes in both state and federal courts nationwide, with particular expertise in:
- Breach of contract claims
- Fraud and insurance-related disputes
- Products liability and professional negligence
- Construction defect and environmental matters

Prior to joining Archer, Farinella served as a commercial litigation partner at a multinational Am Law 100 firm based in Philadelphia. His move to Archer is part of the firm’s ongoing effort to recruit top-tier talent that provides “large-firm sophistication” with the partner-level attention for which Archer is known.

Farinella earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and brings a wealth of experience that aligns with Archer’s multidisciplinary approach, which serves clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to middle-market businesses and family-owned enterprises.
