The transformation of Downtown Jersey City’s SoHo West district reached a major milestone this week as leasing officially launched at Hudson House West. The brand-new, 27-story residential tower introduces 338 luxury rental homes to the neighborhood, marking the third and final phase of the master-planned Hudson House Collection.
Led by a prominent development partnership including RXR, Columbia Property Trust, Strategic Value Partners, LLC (SVP), and One Investment Management (OneIM), the completion of the tower solidifies the area along the Hoboken border as a premier mixed-use residential and retail hub.
Situated at 325 15th Street, Hudson House West joins its sister properties: the 27-story Hudson House East and Radio Lofts, a recently completed five-story industrial adaptive reuse conversion. Together, the three-building enclave encompasses 829 total residences and approximately 48,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space designed to support an all-in-one neighborhood lifestyle with upcoming dining, market, beauty, and childcare options.
“Hudson House was envisioned as a collection of complementary residential experiences rather than a single building concept,” Whitney Arcaro, chief revenue officer at RXR said. “With West now joining, residents can choose from a broad range of living environments—from loft-style residences to contemporary high-rise homes—while remaining connected to the larger identity and lifestyle that ties the community together.”
The newly launched high-rise features a modern mix of studio to three-bedroom floor plans, with select layouts offering flexible bonus dens. Residences are designed to maximize space and natural light, highlighting:
- Soaring 10-foot ceilings and wide-plank luxury flooring.
- Gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and full-height backsplashes.
- Spa-inspired bathrooms appointed with porcelain tile, soft-close cabinetry, and double vanities in select layouts.
- Private outdoor balconies or terraces paired with panoramic vistas.
“The residences feature open, airy layouts with oversized windows that bring in abundant natural light,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the development, said. “Many homes also capture sweeping views that stretch from the Manhattan skyline to the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor, providing a distinctive backdrop to daily living.”
Hudson House West offers an extensive, hotel-style amenity program centered around recreation, wellness, and convenience. Outdoor amenities boast two swimming pools, an expansive sundeck lined with private cabanas and loungers, and dedicated grilling and dining areas.
Inside, an elite athletic and social club footprint includes an indoor basketball court, an indoor soccer field, state-of-the-art fitness centers with yoga studios, golf simulators, dry saunas, and game lounges. For remote professionals, the building features integrated co-working suites and private conference rooms anchored by a complimentary coffee bar.
The lifestyle experience is rounded out by RXO—the developer’s signature hospitality framework providing premium resident programming—alongside 24/7 concierge services, a children’s playroom, resident storage, and covered garage parking equipped with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
Positioned within the burgeoning SoHo West neighborhood, the property sits directly adjacent to Coles Street Park—a manicured community asset complete with playgrounds, dog runs, open lawns, and a public amphitheater.
The location delivers immediate transit access for commuters traveling into Manhattan or across the region. Residents benefit from a private, dedicated shuttle service to the nearby Hoboken Terminal, linking them directly to the PATH system, NJ Transit rail and bus lines, NY Waterway ferries, and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. The building also offers immediate proximity to the Holland Tunnel and major highway corridors.
Initial occupancy at the tower is slated for early summer. Monthly rents at Hudson House West start at $2,695, with the leasing team currently offering grand opening incentives that include two months of free rent on select lease terms.
