Background and experience
Prior to entering private practice, Ello served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rosemary E. Ramsay, P.J.Cv. (Ret.), of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. This clerkship provided her with a foundational background in civil procedure, rigorous legal research, and judicial decision-making.
During her time at William & Mary Law School, Ello demonstrated a strong commitment to service and leadership. She served as a Law School Senator and as the 3L Associate Chair of the Honor Council.
