Tim Hortons opens new restaurant in former Lacey Township White Castle space

Popular Canadian coffee and restaurant chain Tim Hortons has officially opened its newest New Jersey location at 245 N. Main Street (Route 9) in the Forked River section of Lacey Township.

The transaction for the 2,000-square-foot, free-standing property—formerly a White Castle featuring a drive-thru—was brokered by Chuck Lanyard, President, and Mark Handwerker, Executive Vice President of The Goldstein Group, who represented the landlord, Sunrise Pointe, LP. Jennifer Sofia Harrison, formerly of NAI DiLeo Bram & Co., represented the tenant.

Situated within a bustling commercial corridor, the new restaurant benefits from high visibility and convenient access for local residents, commuters, and visitors traveling through Ocean County. The location is surrounded by prominent national retailers and dining options, including The Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Wendy’s and Chipotle.

“We are proud to have played a key role in helping Tim Hortons establish its presence in Lacey-Forked River,” Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group said. “This opening is a testament to the strong demand for Tim Hortons in New Jersey and further solidifies the brand’s position as a leader in the quick-service restaurant sector.”
