Hard Chrome Solutions, an industrial plating and mechanical services provider, has
signed a 16,800-square-foot industrial lease at 81 Chimney Rock Road, in Bridgewater.
NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the landlord in the transaction. The firm’s team included Chief Operating Officer David Simon and Vice Presidents Kyle Gerace and
Chris Chiusolo. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
“This transaction reflects continued demand for well-located industrial units in Somerset
County,” Gerace said. “We are pleased to have facilitated a lease that met our client’s
objectives.”
Building B at 81 Chimney Rock Road features a layout designed for efficiency, including
loading capabilities and ceiling heights suited for mechanical and industrial use. The
property is within an established industrial hub in Bridgewater with access to major
transportation routes, including Interstate 287 and Route 22.
The lease is the latest in an active year for NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. in the industrial
sector, as businesses continue to seek space to establish or expand their footprint in
the New Jersey market.
