Vanova Health, a health care company that aims to help independent physicians stay independent, has signed a 19,000-square-foot office lease at The Eisenhower, the 380,000-square-foot, Class A office property in Livingston.
The company pitches that it offers a clinically integrated network and practice support solutions designed to ease the administrative burden on independent physicians, freeing them up to focus on patient care.
Having outgrown its startup-stage footprint, Vanova needed space built for where it is now — and where it’s headed next, company officials said.
Landlord Eastman Companies worked with the tenant to design and build out a space meeting those immediate and future needs, according to the deal’s brokers.
CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey and Erin Wenzler led the leasing campaign at the property on behalf of Eastman Companies and negotiated the new lease on the landlord’s behalf.
“Vanova Health has grown quickly from a start-up, requiring office space that will meet its current and future expansion requirements,” Meisel said. “A property that has corporate-level conference facilities and a host of on-site amenities was critical to their search.”
Vanova Health was represented in the deal by Larry Martin of JLL.
Located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue, The Eisenhower brings together four interconnecting buildings around a newly renovated lobby. The property’s amenities include a 220-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, a full-service cafeteria, more than 10 conference rooms, a parking deck, a game room, 24/7 on-site security and walkable retail.
Eric Maurer of Eastman Companies represented the landlord in the transaction.
“The Eisenhower has become the building of choice for corporate tenants that see the office as more than just a place to work,” Maurer said. “The Eisenhower offers space to work, host a conference, or take a break in our game room.”
