Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional unveils state-of-the-art MRI system to expand advanced imaging

Cooper Hospital Cape Regional has elevated local diagnostic capabilities with the introduction of its new Canon Orian 1.5T MRI System. Housed in a newly completed, state-of-the-art MRI suite, the advanced technology brings leading-edge imaging directly to patients across Cape May and Atlantic counties.

Designed to balance diagnostic precision with patient comfort, the new system expands access to specialized clinical studies close to home.

The Canon Orian 1.5T MRI system combines high-resolution imaging with advanced software to support complex clinical decision-making.

Expanded services now available to regional patients include:

  • Cardiac and Vascular Imaging: Detailed evaluations of heart structures and blood vessels.
  • Specialized Oncological Scans: High-precision prostate MRIs.
