Conduent Incorporated, a Florham Park-based digital business solutions and services enterprise headquartered in Morris County, has announced the appointment of Narayanan Sundaresan as its new chief information and technology officer.
Sundaresan brings more than 28 years of executive technology experience specializing in large-scale enterprise transformation, artificial intelligence innovation, platform modernization, and data governance. In his new role leading Conduent’s global technology organization and strategy, Sundaresan will concentrate heavily on scaling AI-powered capabilities across the business while fortifying a secure and reliable infrastructure for the company’s extensive commercial, government, and transportation clients.

Prior to joining the Florham Park firm, Sundaresan served as Global Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Digital Products & Technology at Strategic Education, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide AI work redesign, hyper-automation initiatives, and technology harmonization. His background also includes prominent technology leadership roles at Capella Education Company. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, an M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s High Potential Leadership Program.
