Families seeking advanced care for severe food allergies no longer have to travel cross-country. The Food Allergy Institute (FAI) has officially announced the opening of its brand-new clinic at 79 Hudson Street in Hoboken marking the organization’s first-ever clinical site on the East Coast and its first major expansion outside California.
The facility will begin treating its first patients later this month, followed by a public ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for Oct. 17.
For years, FAI has pioneered a shift in food allergy management—moving patients away from lifelong avoidance and toward lasting clinical remission. The Hoboken clinic will offer FAI’s proprietary Tolerance Induction Program® (TIP), an individualized medical protocol that utilizes AI-enabled analytics and molecular science to track patient progress and build safe, long-term food tolerance.
According to the institute, roughly 99% of patients who successfully complete the TIP protocol achieve remission-based outcomes.
