Law firm Archer & Greiner, P.C., which has a heavy presence in New Jersey, announced a slate of new leadership appointments, naming five practice group leaders alongside new managing partners for its New York and Delaware offices. The transitions go into effect on Oct. 1.
The appointments cover core areas of the firm’s litigation, transactional, and advisory divisions, highlighting Archer’s focus on internal succession planning and continued practice development.

Meredith M. Mazzola focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, high-net-worth estate administration, and complex probate matters.

Natasha M. Songonuga specializes in business reorganization, bankruptcy, and corporate restructuring, notably serving as a Subchapter V Trustee who guided Delaware’s first confirmed Subchapter V Chapter 11 plan.

To guide its specialized legal teams, Archer has appointed five new practice group leaders spanning critical sectors:
- Kate A. Sherlock (Intellectual Property) — Focuses on IP rights, technology protection, data privacy, and AI-related legal implications, while co-chairing the firm’s Sports & Entertainment Group.
- Anthony R. La Ratta (Estate & Trust Litigation) — Represents banks, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in trust and estate disputes, and co-chairs the Private Wealth, Estates & Trusts Group.
- Steven K. Mignogna (Alternative Dispute Resolution) — Brings decades of experience as a recognized mediator handling probate and commercial litigation.
- Douglas Diaz (Labor & Employment) — Counsels and defends employers in discrimination, wage-and-hour, and traditional labor disputes across state and federal courts.
- Eric I. Yun (Immigration & Global Mobility) — Manages a cross-disciplinary practice guiding employers and individuals through visa processes, immigration compliance, and complex business litigation.
