Cedar Knolls-based Fingerpaint Group announced the appointment of Wyatt Gotbetter as president of Market Access. The strategic hire is designed to deepen the commercialization platform’s integrated market access capabilities across every phase of product development and commercialization.
Gotbetter joins Fingerpaint with nearly three decades of cross-industry experience spanning new-product commercialization, payer strategy, health economics, and real-world evidence.
His extensive background includes serving as global head of evidence, value, and access at Cytel, and senior vice president at Parexel, where he oversaw market access and real-world evidence consulting across complex fields like rare diseases and gene therapies. Earlier in his career, he led new-product commercialization at Biogen across central nervous system (CNS), oncology, and immunology portfolios; established the payer relations function at Boston Scientific; and held strategic roles at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Health Advances.
In his new role, Gotbetter will oversee Fingerpaint Market Access, The MYND Group, and BlackPoint Consulting Group. This integrated suite of capabilities covers crucial areas including payer strategy, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), patient support, and launch execution.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Gotbetter is an active thought leader in the life sciences community. He serves as the value and access editor for the Drug Information Association’s (DIA) Global Forum and TIRS journals, sits on the DIA annual program committee, and acts as faculty for the Biotechnology Innovation Organization’s (BIO) Business Development program. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, where he continues to serve as an executive in residence and adjunct faculty member.
