Genesis Sneaker Boutique has leased a 2,700-square-foot commercial space at 527 Okerson Road in Freehold. Sheldon Gross Realty Senior Vice President Jonathan Gross brokered the transaction.
Located within the 14.27-acre Associate Business Park, the newly acquired space will function as additional warehousing and storage for the growing brand.
Genesis Sneaker Boutique, which operates a prominent retail storefront in the nearby Freehold Raceway Mall, specializes in reselling exclusive, sold-out sneakers, apparel, and accessories. The new warehouse provides vital inventory capacity while positioning the business near key regional thoroughfares.
