Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has successfully brokered the sale of two flex properties located at 43 and 44 Commerce Street in Springfield totaling 6,100 square feet. The commercial assets traded in separate transactions for a combined total of $2.08 million.
Property and transaction breakdown
- 43 Commerce Street: This 2,100-square-foot flex building sold for $685,000 to TPG LLC. The asset features approximately 800 square feet of warehouse space, 1,300 square feet of office space, 11-foot ceiling heights, one tailboard loading position, and seven parking spaces.
- 44 Commerce Street: This larger 4,000-square-foot flex building sold for $1,395,000 to 1307 Property LLC, which was represented by Bennett Realty. It includes roughly 800 square feet of warehouse space, 3,200 square feet of office space, 12-foot ceiling heights, one tailboard loading position, and six parking spaces.
Both properties were exclusively represented by Gregory Irving, executive vice president of Bussel Realty Corp., acting on behalf of the respective ownership groups.
