Positioned less than 10 miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth with immediate access to Route 1/9 and the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95), the light-industrial-zoned asset drew an owner-user buyer with specific automotive operations.
The father-daughter brokerage team of Vice President Richard Goski and Associate Vice President Catherine Goski-Vasquez represented both the private seller and the buyer in the transaction.
