Jersey City-based fitness and wellness brand Become Fit Forever (BFF) officially announced the nationwide rollout of its comprehensive online coaching platform. Designed exclusively for women, the digital service seeks to move away from restrictive “quick-fix” weight-loss trends by offering sustainable, habit-based coaching tailored to various life stages, including perimenopause and menopause.
Founded by fitness experts Kausar Rasul and Dougmary “Doucky” Esquijarosa, the platform aims to integrate seamlessly into busy lifestyles rather than demanding dramatic, overnight lifestyle overhauls.
