Morris County’s newest premier mixed-use destination is coming to life. District 15Fifteen has announced a wave of grand openings, newly signed leases, and active residential leasing along its high-visibility Route 10 corridor.
Developed by Stanbery Development Group, Claremont Development, and PCCP LLC, the neighborhood-inspired town center features 58,600 square feet of retail space, high-end residential living, a hotel, and a central town square designed to foster community engagement. Pierson Commercial Real Estate serves as the exclusive retail leasing agent.
Several prominent brands have officially opened their doors to the public, including Discover Strength, Kura Sushi, JetSet Pilates, and O’Bagel.
The property’s retail momentum continues with three newly inked leases, including Spencer Savings Bank (2,603 square feet) and Dhaba Indian Restaurant (1,834 square feet), a crucial signing that officially fills the community’s final food and beverage retail space.
According to Stanbery’s Marc Hays, five additional operators—including Burton’s, Mediterranean restaurant Al-Basha, Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar, and The Yard Gym—are slated to open over the next eight weeks. Ownership notes that while food and beverage spaces are fully committed, a select few storefronts remain available for boutique health, beauty, and wellness services, such as a lash or massage studio.
On the residential front, leasing and move-ins are accelerating across the property’s luxury buildings. Following the initial success of Smyth, the community is now welcoming residents to Mason (offering studio to two-bedroom luxury residences) and Mason East (a dedicated active adult 55+ community). The development’s multi-level parking garage is also fully operational to serve residents and visitors alike.
To celebrate the influx of new businesses and build foot traffic, District 15Fifteen has launched a robust autumn events calendar in partnership with Brilliant Conventions. The property is hosting The Artisan Market at District 15Fifteen on select Sundays (Oct. 11 and Oct. 18) from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The market features more than 30 vendors, food trucks, and live music from Jeff Slate & Friends.
“Our retail partners are a huge part of what sets District 15Fifteen apart,” Yessica Campuzano, Property Manager, said. “With grand openings rolling out all fall and our exciting event schedule, I’m so excited for our residents, and the greater Parsippany community, to step outside and discover something new right at their doorstep.”
