Basking Ridge-based IVI RMA North America rebrands U.S. operations as Everleap Fertility

Releases new data on nation's growing 'fertility gap'

Basking Ridge-based IVI RMA North America, a global pioneer in reproductive medicine and clinical fertility research, announced that it has rebranded its U.S. operations as Everleap Fertility.

The strategic rebrand consolidates nine legacy fertility practices—including RMA, Boston IVF, and Conceptions—under a single unified network encompassing more than 200 physicians and embryologists across 26 IVF laboratories and more than 65 clinical locations nationwide.

Along with its new brand identity, the organization released inaugural data from the IVI Institute Fertility Barometer, uncovering a widening gap between American women’s desires for motherhood and the practical, emotional, and financial realities of fertility care.

Unifying 85+ clinics under a single vision

The consolidation leverages Everleap’s national scale to streamline clinical workflows, expand patient access, and accelerate technological adoption across its locations.

“We’ve built something remarkable across nine brands in the United States — each with deep roots in their communities, extraordinary clinical talent, and a shared commitment to patients,” said Lynn Mason, CEO of Everleap Fertility. “We have also experienced massive change in the science of fertility and how we deliver care, making this the right time to unite under one name that signals our collective focus on the next leap forward in reproductive medicine.”

To improve care accessibility and affordability, Everleap has established partnerships with Costco and health platform Sesame to lower fertility medication costs, alongside financing collaborations with Gaia and PatientFi. Operationally, the company has partnered with TMRW to standardize tissue management and plans to deploy the country’s first fully automated embryology lab from Conceivable Life Sciences in 2027.

Data from Everleap’s inaugural Fertility Barometer highlights a strong lingering desire for parenthood in the U.S., contrasted with substantial barriers to achieving it:

  • High Aspirations, Delayed Realities: 83% of surveyed women either have children or want them, and 75% rate motherhood as a primary life goal. However, 34% of women with a target family age had their first child later than desired, resulting in having about one fewer child on average than intended.
  • The Scope of Infertility: Approximately 21% of U.S. women (14.3 million) have experienced infertility, with 6% (4.3 million) actively experiencing it today. Sixty-three percent of women affected rated its negative impact on their lives at a 7 out of 10 or higher.
  • The Treatment Drop-Off: While over 72% of women facing infertility consult a physician, only 17% proceed with In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Beyond financial concerns, women cited emotional stress and a lack of confidence in treatment success as primary deterrents.

Despite hesitation surrounding treatment, the study notes that 63% of women who undergo IVF successfully have a baby, emphasizing that early education and trusted clinical guidance remain critical to closing the gap.

“Too many women are wanting to build a family but lacking the information, guidance, or support they need to understand their own fertility and family building options,” Mason noted. “Our focus is making sure patients receive clarity and support at every step, from the first conversation through every decision of their treatment cycle.”

Coinciding with the rebrand and survey release, Everleap introduced AiVA, an artificial intelligence-powered clinical engine integrated directly into Artemis, the company’s proprietary Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and workflow management platform.

Trained on four decades of longitudinal reproductive health and clinical data, AiVA provides real-time decision support to clinicians by cross-referencing patient records with evidence-based research from Everleap’s network and its global parent organization, the IVI Institute.

“Everleap and our parent organization, IVI Institute, are well known for advancing the science of fertility with the latest technology,” said Dr. Thomas Molinaro, Chief Medical Officer of Everleap Fertility. “Artemis and AiVA help ensure that our patients throughout the United States benefit from this knowledge as they continue their family-building journeys.”

About Everleap Fertility: Formerly IVI RMA North America, Everleap Fertility unites over 200 reproductive specialists across more than 85 clinics and IVF laboratories in the United States. As part of the global IVI Institute (formerly IVI RMA Global)—which spans over 200 clinics across 15 countries—the network conducts fertility research, academic partnerships with institutions such as Harvard University and the University of North Carolina, and clinical fertility treatments.
