Full-service commercial and residential real estate firm Larken Associates announced that three of its Central New Jersey professional and medical office properties—Raritan Commons, Raritan Valley Professional Center, and Branchburg Commons—have reached 100% occupancy.
Combined, the three campuses encompass more than 265,000 square feet of commercial space across Hunterdon and Somerset counties.
The milestone was finalized following a major lease expansion at Raritan Commons, a 67,040-square-foot Class-A office building located at 200 Route 31 North in Flemington. Advanced Heart and Vascular Institute of Hunterdon, led by Dr. Andrey Espinoza, added 2,112 square feet on the second floor. A tenant at the property since 2017, the cardiology practice now occupies a total of 8,568 square feet.
Executive Vice President of Larken Associates’ Commercial Division Rob Marek noted that the full occupancy rate reflects ongoing demand for suburban medical offices situated near major health systems.

Overview of the Assets
The three fully leased commercial properties span key suburban transit and commercial corridors:
- Raritan Commons (Flemington, N.J.): Positioned along Route 31 directly across from Hunterdon Medical Center, the 67,040-square-foot property features a brick facade, full-perimeter windows, a spacious two-story lobby, two passenger elevators, and over 300 parking spaces. It offers immediate connectivity to Routes 22, 28, 202, and 206, as well as Interstate 78.
- Raritan Valley Professional Center (Raritan, N.J.): Situated at 575 Route 28, this 82,000-square-foot complex comprises three buildings housing medical, dental, and professional tenants. Buildings 1 and 2 underwent complete renovation in 2020, following the ground-up development of Building 3 in 2018. The site provides regional access across Somerset County via Interstates 78 and 287.
- Branchburg Commons (Branchburg, N.J.): Spanning 19 acres at 3322 Route 22 West, this 15-building, 116,526-square-foot office park is the largest of the three. In addition to traditional office and medical suites, the complex houses Suite Life at Branchburg Commons, a collection of fully furnished, short-term executive suites.
