Datacor, a Florham Park-based distribution software supplier has recently acquired Infometric Systems, the company announced Tuesday.
Datacor hopes this move with Infometric Systems will enhance plant-level data capture, reporting and compliance capabilities. All of which are intended to help customers achieve greater operational visibility and faster decision-making across production environments.
Informetric serves a global customer base, including nine of the top ten pharmaceutical manufacturers. Their products are widely used in life sciences, specialty chemicals, and industrial materials sectors, helping manufacturers improve production quality, ensure compliance, and digitize paper-based processes.
Additionally, Infometric’s flagship solutions support electronic batch reporting, digital logbooks, compliance documentation, and roll traceability.
Datacor President Tom Jackson expressed his optimism with the deal.
