Sharp Home Electronics Company of America (SHCA) on Monday said it appointed Grace Dolan as senior vice president and general manager of Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America (SEMCA). Based out of the company’s Montvale headquarters, Dolan will be responsible for accelerating growth and brand recognition for Sharp’s U.S. consumer product lines.
Dolan brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in the technology and consumer products sectors. Her new role will place her in charge of the U.S. Consumer Products Group, which includes both home appliance and television categories. She will oversee cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations, working closely with Sharp’s manufacturing facility in Memphis, Tenn., and its service solutions group.
Jim Sanduski, president of SHCA, expressed his confidence in Dolan’s appointment. “Her vision and leadership will help write the next chapter of growth for Sharp and ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation in the consumer electronics and home appliance industries,” Sanduski said. He added that Dolan has a “remarkable ability to transform brands, open new markets, and build powerful partnerships.”
Dolan’s extensive career includes C-suite and senior leadership roles at major companies such as GrandPad, Frontier Communications, Samsung Electronics America, and Johnson & Johnson. She is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving brand transformation, digital innovation, and market expansion.
