Robin Moore of Eventide has been appointed to the board of directors for the Industry Council for Emergency Responses Technologies (iCERT). In this new role, Moore will focus on the development and adoption of AI technologies for emergency communications.
Moore brings extensive experience from her work at the Little Ferry-based recording solutions company, where she supports the development of Critical Insights AI, a platform that uses AI to improve quality assurance and analytics for emergency communications centers. Her hands-on experience in leading AI pilot programs and working directly with frontline staff and technical teams will be a key asset to the iCERT board.
Don Brittingham, iCERT’s interim executive director, praised Moore’s expertise, stating that Eventide Communications is “at the leading edge of AI-driven technologies that will revolutionize emergency response.” Her insights will be valuable in helping to guide the future of iCERT.
