The Living Room at Princeton has recently launched adult outpatient mental health services, the facility announced Tuesday.
These services are provided through Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient programs.
Treatment includes individual, group and family therapy, and experiential modalities such as mindfulness, physical exercise and art therapy. Psychiatric services and medication management are also provided.
The program covers adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and other emotional health challenges.
Founder of The Living Room Dr. August Leming explained the goal.
“Our adult programming reflects the same core values that guide everything we do,” he said. “TLR is more of a retreat than a treatment center; and our work is to help people to become intimately aware of their present moment experience and then…let go.”
Located at 239 Wall Street in Princeton, The Living Room provides a warm, welcoming environment designed to foster calm, curiosity and connection.
