Coldwell Banker Real Estate has renewed its partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, marking five years of collaboration and an impressive fundraising milestone. The real estate network has raised a total of $3.37 million for the hospital since the partnership began in 2020.
The renewal, which extends the commitment into 2026, was highlighted by an extraordinary $1 million donation in 2025 from a single affiliated agent, Mary Williams of Coldwell Banker Collins Maury in Collierville, Tennessee. Williams’s contribution, made in memory of her late aunt, was the largest single donation ever made by an affiliated agent to the cause. She was honored as the top donor in the annual Stars of Hope program, which recognizes the top 15% of participating agents.
Jason Waugh, president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates, expressed deep pride in the partnership’s impact.

The partnership allows affiliated agents to donate a portion of every home sale or purchase. These contributions help ensure that no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food, allowing them to focus entirely on their child’s health.
