Lincoln Equities Group (LEG), a prominent developer of commercial real estate in the Northeast, has officially unveiled Lincoln Logistics Belleville, a new industrial campus in Belleville. The 15.25-acre development, located at 681 Main Street, features two new Class A industrial warehouse buildings totaling over 200,000 square feet.
The project is strategically positioned to serve modern logistics and distribution needs, offering a prime location just 11 miles from New York City with direct access to Route 21.

ESFR, or Early Suppression Fast Response, sprinkler systems are designed to suppress fires quickly by discharging a high volume of water, offering superior protection for warehouses with high-piled storage.
Building 1 spans 91,746 square feet, while Building 2 covers 112,661 square feet. Both facilities include spec office space, numerous dock doors, and drive-in doors to accommodate a wide range of tenant requirements.
The development’s location provides unmatched connectivity to the region’s major transportation corridors, airports, and ports. It also offers access to a population of more than 3 million people within a 30-minute drive, ensuring a robust labor force for potential tenants.
