Jeff Comstock was recently appointed as president, CX Product & Technology for NiCE, the company announced last year.
Comstock joins the executive leadership team of the Hoboken-based company following a 25-year career with Microsoft. His portfolio spanned sales, marketing, customer service, contact center, and the AI-powered copilots and AI agents woven across the suite.
NiCE is a global technology company that specializes in customer experience (CX) solutions powered by artificial intelligence.
NiCE CEO Scott Russell spoke on what Comstock brings to the company.

Comstock brings a unique combination of hands-on technical expertise and product leadership, having led various global, large-scale product, engineering, and AI teams that have driven innovation across portfolios and brought multiple new products from concept to broad market adoption.
At Microsoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience business achieved double-digit year-over-year revenue growth in the most recently reported quarter.
