Firm broke ground earlier this year on the transformative Hoboken Connect project, a mixed-used effort that has been on a wish list of ideas for decades and will impact the area in and around the Hoboken train station.

There’s the 25-story, 333-unit luxury apartment tower along the Passaic River in downtown Newark finishing soon (and near the incredible Iconic 777). Their latest is the 300-unit tower in New Brunswick next door to Nokia’s new headquarters and all the work they have coming up along the Gold Coast.

###

 

Family firm has long been a leader in warehouses up and down the state, but David Greek’s role as the head of Circulate NJ, an important voice for all aspects of logistics and e-commerce in the state, deserves biggest tip of the hat.

###

 

LeFrak is building out the few remaining parcels at Newport in Jersey City in style (the 47-story 20 Long Slip will be its tallest to date; the Bisby will be one of its most luxurious), all while continuing to reinvent it as a hub for film production and technology.

###

 

First phase of The Journal, which will bring more than 1,700 apartments to Journal Square, is leasing up quickly, making the firm a leader in Jersey City; continued development at the Monmouth Mall project (as well as more multifamily in that area) makes them a leader across the state.

###

 

Pozycki and his group are doing work everywhere. Two projects of note: Recent groundbreaking of new Nokia Bell Labs HQ at the HELIX in New Brunswick and groundbreaking of the Lucy (with Claremont Development), a 444-unit luxury rental community in Jersey City.

###

 

The most challenging task with Onyx is deciding which accomplishment to highlight. Here are a few: Their continued efforts to transform Gateway, landing CoreWeave at the NEST (then selling it the building) and stepping up to be a World Cup sponsor.

###

 

Her project in Long Branch speaks to the quality of her work, but her work with outside causes (she is board chair for New Jersey Builders Association, as well as a number of efforts to help next-generation real-estate professionals and to support Israel) shows the quality of her person.
