Developed by Nasser Freres with architecture and interior design by renowned firm Handel Architects, the building will bring 622 luxury rental homes to the market, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. As leasing approaches in early 2026, the development team has launched a teaser website and revealed the first look at the tower’s design.
