The William G. Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University has earned high national marks in the newly released 2027 QS Global MBA Rankings, landing at No. 88 in the United States and securing a stellar No. 65 national placement for return on investment (ROI).
The latest evaluation highlights the program’s rising prestige both statewide and nationally. Within New Jersey, the Rohrer MBA program captured the No. 2 spot overall, while also achieving a strong No. 40 among U.S. public universities and No. 32 among public institutions for ROI.
Matthew Sarkees, dean of the Rohrer College of Business, emphasized that the high marks for return on investment validate the school’s core mission.
“Students are making a significant investment in their education, and we have a responsibility to make sure that investment delivers meaningful value,” Sarkees said.
The recognition coincides with a period of strategic modernization for the college’s graduate business curriculum. Rohrer has recently rolled out a streamlined 30-credit MBA alongside a specialized STEM-designated MBA. These redesigned pathways are tailored to give students greater scheduling flexibility, focused training, and deep technical competencies in areas like analytics, technology, and quantitative skills.
The College’s upward trajectory is further supported by broader institutional investments in cutting-edge technology, artificial intelligence, and expanded opportunities for students to bridge classroom theory with hands-on corporate partnerships.
“This recognition belongs to our faculty, staff, students, alumni and partners,” Sarkees added. “Their commitment to students makes achievements like this possible. We are grateful for everything they do to move Rohrer College of Business forward.”
