Daybright Financial announced the appointment of Beau Adams as president, effective immediately. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Megan Schneider, Adams will help guide the company’s ongoing expansion, strengthen cross-business collaboration, and advance its mission to simplify health and financial wellness.
Adams brings nearly 30 years of extensive experience spanning wealth management, retirement plan services, recordkeeping, and financial administration. He joins Daybright from American Trust Retirement, where he served as President. His background also includes senior leadership positions with Horace Mann Insurance Company and Benefit Consultants Group, where he built and scaled businesses serving employers, plan sponsors, advisors, and individual investors.
In his new role, Adams will partner with enterprise leaders to scale distribution, deepen key client relationships, and successfully integrate strategic acquisitions.
