Bedminster-based Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation and Peapack Private Bank & Trust announced the appointment of Ana Parra as senior managing director, group director. Based out of the Bank’s Park Avenue office in Manhattan, Parra will lead a specialized team focused on delivering customized private banking solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and privately held businesses.
Parra brings more than 35 years of banking experience to Peapack Private, specializing in private banking, relationship management, lending coordination, treasury management, deposit growth, and wealth management referrals.
Before joining Peapack Private, Parra served as Vice President, Relationship Manager, and Private Banker at IDB Bank. In that role, she managed comprehensive financial portfolios—notably overseeing a high-net-worth portfolio totaling approximately $300 million—and provided strategic guidance across credit, liquidity, and wealth management services.
Her extensive career also includes roughly a decade at Signature Bank supporting senior banking leadership, as well as foundational branch banking and operational experience with institutions such as Manhattan Savings Bank, Republic National Bank, and HSBC.
The appointment aligns with Peapack Private’s ongoing expansion of its client-centric advisory services across the New York metropolitan area. As a bank holding company managing substantial regional assets—totaling $8.0 billion in assets and $13.9 billion in assets under management and/or administration as of mid-2026—Peapack-Gladstone continues to target seasoned leadership to support its wealth management and commercial banking divisions.
