Fingerpaint Group, a Cedar Knolls-based leader in the health care commercialization space, announced the appointment of Latifa Alladina as the new general manager of Fingerpaint Marketing. This strategic hire follows the recent elevation of Tracy Blackwell to the role of President of Marketing Services and marks a continued commitment to strengthening the agency’s leadership in a rapidly evolving market.
Alladina joins Fingerpaint from Area 23, where she spent nearly 11 years, most recently serving as EVP and executive director. Her appointment comes at a period of record-breaking momentum for Fingerpaint Group, which finished 2025 with 21% growth.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Alladina brings a unique, multifaceted background to the agency. She holds a PharmD from Duquesne University and has held senior roles across scientific, strategic, and client-service disciplines. Her deep expertise in complex therapeutic categories—including rare disease, neurology, and immunology—is expected to be a significant asset to Fingerpaint Marketing’s clients.
“Latifa is the kind of leader who makes everything around her better—the work, the team, the culture,” Tracy Blackwell, president of marketing services at Fingerpaint Group, said. “During a time of rapid change in the world, Latifa is exactly the right person to help Fingerpaint continue to thrive with an uncommonly human approach to absolutely everything, including technology.”
As General Manager, Alladina will report directly to Blackwell. Her focus will be on leading the agency’s core marketing operations while fostering the culture of innovation and collaboration that has defined the group’s success.
“What drew me to Fingerpaint was the combination of extraordinary talent, entrepreneurial energy, and a culture that genuinely puts people first,” Alladina said. “I’m looking forward to working alongside this exceptional team to build on Fingerpaint’s success and help shape the next chapter of growth.”
