Marquis Health Consulting Services, a leading provider of administrative consulting for the skilled nursing and senior living sectors, has announced the appointment of Liz Todd as the company’s new vice president of innovation for the Mid-Atlantic.
In this newly created role, Todd will focus on advising Marquis’ client centers on navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of value-based care. As the long-term care industry shifts toward more integrated models, Todd’s primary objective will be to strengthen strategic partnerships between facilities, health systems, and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) to ensure seamless care coordination and improved patient outcomes.
Todd brings nearly two decades of healthcare experience to the Brick-based consulting firm. Her background spans the entire health care continuum, from acute hospital settings to home health and population health management. Most recently, she held leadership positions at the Delaware Valley ACO and Bayada Home Health Care.

Todd’s deep expertise in value-based strategies and quality improvement is expected to be a major asset for Marquis, which provides consulting services to 112 skilled nursing and senior living facilities across the Eastern Seaboard.

Todd, who holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, began her career in Level 1 trauma hospital units before transitioning into clinical education and quality improvement roles. Her appointment underscores Marquis’ commitment to the “Care, anew” philosophy, which leverages clinician-led specialty care models to modernize the patient experience in long-term care settings.
