CIANJ relocates headquarters to Cranford

The Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey has relocated its headquarters
from Rochelle Park to Cranford, moving into new offices on Aug. 1.

The move comes as the business association enters its 100th year.

CIANJ’s new offices are located at 20 Commerce Drive in the Parkway Commerce
Center, a Class A office building directly off the Garden State Parkway at Exit 136. The
organization said the location positions it to be centrally located to serve businesses
and organizations across the state.

The new office, suite 140, sits across from the building’s conference facility, giving
CIANJ a modern space for in-office events with members and visiting delegations. The
office also includes CIANJ’s own private conference room.

The 215,000-square-foot building recently underwent extensive renovations, including
an updated lobby and bathrooms and a fully renovated cafeteria. Amenities include on-
site food service, property management and covered executive parking, as well as an
extended-stay hotel in the office park. The location also offers immediate highway
access and NJ Transit bus service.

“The relocation reflects CIANJ’s continued growth and commitment to serving New Jersey’s business community with a centrally located headquarters designed to accommodate member meetings, events, and collaboration,” CIANJ President Anthony Russo said.

CIANJ has served as a leading voice for employers across the state since 1927,
advocating for policies that strengthen New Jersey’s economic climate while providing
networking, educational and leadership opportunities for New Jersey businesses.

NAI James E. Hanson, a CIANJ member, represented the association in the office
relocation.
