Symphony Pastries, a Moorestown-based manufacturer of premium European-inspired and traditional American desserts, recently announced the appointment of Jessica Becker as executive pastry chef. In this leadership role, Becker will oversee product development, culinary innovation, and the maintenance of the company’s rigorous quality standards.
Becker joins Symphony Pastries with more than 12 years of professional experience in the pastry arts. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, she has built a distinguished career defined by precision and creativity. Her background includes extensive work in large-scale pastry production, custom cake design, and the creation of sophisticated plated desserts.
Prior to joining Symphony, Becker honed her craft in acclaimed fine-dining environments, including a tenure with STARR Restaurants, where she developed the technical expertise and attention to detail that she now brings to the Symphony team.
