Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group has announced a major expansion, welcoming seasoned family law attorney Kelly Berton Rocco Of Counsel to the firm. Alongside Rocco, the Law Offices of Kelly Berton Rocco are officially integrating into the practice, accompanied by attorney Amanda González.
Rocco brings over three decades of legal experience to her new role, specializing in complex matrimonial disputes, high-conflict child custody cases, and domestic violence matters. Throughout her distinguished career, she has paired aggressive courtroom advocacy with compassionate, client-focused guidance. In addition to her private practice, Rocco has spent more than 30 years championing survivors of domestic violence and foster children through pro bono work and community leadership, earning her the prestigious Humanitarian Award from the Center for Hope and Safety.
For existing clients of the Law Offices of Kelly Berton Rocco, the transition ensures seamless continuity of counsel, while granting them expanded access to the full resources and network of the Weinberger firm. Rocco and González will continue operating out of the firm’s Hackensack office.
