The Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) announced key leadership changes, naming Kim Vierheilig of STV as its new Chairwoman and James Kosch of McCarter & English, LLP as Vice Chairman.
Vierheilig, who serves as President of Buildings and Facilities at STV, and Kosch, a partner at McCarter & English, will guide the association’s ongoing advocacy, member networking, and economic development initiatives across the state.
“Kim and James bring tremendous experience, leadership and a strong commitment to New Jersey’s business community,” CIANJ President Anthony Russo said. “We look forward to working with them as we continue to advance our mission and build on the Association’s longstanding legacy of serving New Jersey businesses.”
The leadership transition comes as CIANJ prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2027. The association also expressed gratitude to outgoing Chairman Dax Strohmeyer, President of Triangle Manufacturing, who concluded two years of leadership guiding the organization and its membership base.
Established to champion free enterprise advocacy and foster an enhanced business climate through legislative vigilance and member interaction, CIANJ continues to provide vital forums across professional sectors, including finance, healthcare, human resources, and environmental policy.
