Colliers announced the strategic hire of veteran industrial broker Jonathan Klear as executive vice president within its Greater Philadelphia regional operation. Based out of the firm’s Mount Laurel office, Klear will bolster Colliers’ footprint across Southern New Jersey and the broader regional industrial market.
Klear brings more than 18 years of specialized commercial real estate experience advising owners, occupiers, and investors. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet and exceeding $550 million in transaction volume.
In his new role, Klear will focus heavily on industrial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and sales strategies. His professional background includes guiding regional, national, and institutional clients through complex corporate real estate transitions, including facility expansions, relocations, contractions, and comprehensive portfolio optimizations.
Recognized as a top-tier performer in the commercial real estate space, Klear ranked among the top 25 brokers nationwide at his previous firm in 2025 and was previously named one of the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Top 10 Lease Brokers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
