Garden Communities announced the addition of four new commercial tenants to Legacy Place, its newly developed, 25-acre town-center-style community situated along Tices Lane just off Route 18 in East Brunswick. Arranged by Garden Commercial’s Nancy Finkelstein, the new leases bring the property’s 18,000-square-foot ground-floor retail component to near full occupancy, with only one remaining space left in active negotiation.

Barkly Pet Grooming & Shop: Open since this summer, this 1,360-square-foot modern pet care destination provides professional, personalized grooming and premium products in a calm environment.

Heated: A 1,900-square-foot fitness studio from the owners of North Brunswick’s Dhyana Yoga, offering heated and non-heated yoga, Pilates, barre, and sculpt classes.

The DRIPBaR: A 1,700-square-foot cellular wellness concept offering IV vitamin therapy, IM shots, and recovery treatments.

Trinity Cafe & Bakery: A 1,700-square-foot specialty shop featuring Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired desserts, specialty coffees, and teas.
These new establishments join an already vibrant roster of businesses at One Legacy Place, which includes Legacy Endodontics, Marley and Harley’s Creamery and Confections, Bonesse’s Tomato Apizza, H2O Nail & Wax Studio and Kumon.
“Our latest leases round out a curated retail environment we envisioned for Legacy Place, bringing together a mix of dining, wellness and service providers that support the live-play lifestyle while also meeting the everyday needs of the surrounding neighborhood,” Finkelstein said.
The retail expansion complements Legacy Place’s luxury residential offerings, which feature:
