JLL has recognized veteran New York leasing leaders Paul Glickman and Mitchell Konsker with the firm’s National MVP Agency Leasing Award. The duo received the honor during JLL’s annual Elevate conference, held last week in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Glickman and Konsker, both vice chairmen in JLL’s New York office, are among Manhattan’s most accomplished office leasing professionals. Their recognition stems from their roles in several of the market’s most significant and complex leasing assignments.
Recent career highlights for the pair include:
- Paul Glickman: Led the repositioning of 452 Fifth Ave. (10 Bryant), securing over 600,000 square feet of leasing with tenants including Amazon and Baker McKenzie. He also negotiated a 460,000-square-foot deal for Moody’s at Brookfield Place and arranged a nearly 500,000-square-foot lease for Bloomberg at 120 Park Ave.
- Mitchell Konsker: Closed a 378,000-square-foot transaction for the Office of the New York State Attorney General at 28 Liberty St. Additionally, he spearheaded 120,000 square feet of leasing at 2 Park Ave. and 150,000 square feet at 5 Penn Plaza, while directing multi-floor deals at 125 West 57th St.
- Collaborative Success: Together, the pair recently leased over 200,000 square feet at 51 Astor Pl. following the departure of the property’s anchor tenant.

The Elevate conference serves as a platform for JLL to bring together top producers from across the country for professional development, market discussions, and networking. This year’s event featured a keynote appearance by NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning, who discussed leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.
Reflecting on the honor and the collaborative nature of the business, Glickman noted, “It’s a reminder that this business is built on relationships, collaboration and constantly learning from one another”. The award comes during a period of resilience for JLL’s New York agency leasing platform. According to JLL’s Q1 2026 Manhattan office report, the overall vacancy rate fell to 13.5%, with average asking rents rising 3.35% year-over-year to $85.31 per square foot.
