Cranford-based Class-A suburban office owner and manager Signature Acquisitions has inked 143,000 square feet of new leases, expansions, and renewals across its office portfolio between April and June 2026.
In the second quarter, Signature Acquisitions signed a total of 13 new, expanded and renewed office leases in seven of its commercial buildings. New leases and expansions comprised 132,000 square feet.
Consumer goods manufacturer Groupe SEB signed at 300 Kimball Drive in Parsippany.
Supermarket giant Key Food Stores Co-Operative signed at 100 Matawan, a highly amenitized, four-story property.
At 85 Crystal Run in Middletown, NY, Signature welcomed accounting firm PKF with a new lease.
At Parkway Commerce Center at 20 Commerce Drive in Cranford, where Signature Acquisitions is headquartered and owns six properties, six leases were signed, including a renewal with accounting firm Topche & Company and new leases with software firm Viventium and the Internal Revenue Service.
Other leases included Hauppauge Office Park, a 270,000-square-foot office property in Long Island’s Suffolk County, the new home for electronics manufacturer Microchip Technology. The Law Office of Judith C. Garcia signed a lease expansion.
“The strength of greater New York’s local economy means companies are feeling more confident in committing to the office space that fits their needs,” Sandy Monaghan, senior vice president of Signature Acquisitions, said in a release.
“Moreover, tenants are narrowing their searches toward properties with best-in-class, hands-on management. We’re benefiting from this shift.”
