Fiber-to-the-home internet provider Greenlight Networks has officially expanded into New Jersey, marking its entry into its fourth state. Backed by a private investment of more than $14 million, the major infrastructure project will initially bring high-speed fiber internet access to approximately 9,000 homes and businesses across South Jersey.
Construction is already underway, targeting initial Camden County communities including Clementon, Laurel Springs, Lindenwold, and Pine Hill. Residents in these areas are projected to begin receiving active service access as early as October 2026, with full build-out scaling up to service households and businesses in early 2027.
Key expansion details
- Multi-Million-Dollar Investment: A private commitment exceeding $14 million funds the development of the company’s 100 percent optic fiber network in New Jersey.
- Initial Footprint: The project targets roughly 9,000 homes and businesses in Camden County, starting with Clementon, Laurel Springs, Lindenwold, and Pine Hill.
- High-Performance Speeds: Greenlight’s network is built to deliver symmetrical speeds of up to 8 Gbps, designed for modern demands like remote work, high-definition streaming, online gaming, and telehealth.
- Consumer-Friendly Model: Service plans feature straightforward pricing with no contracts, no data caps, and no hidden fees.
The expansion represents a key milestone for Greenlight as it extends its footprint beyond New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

Local municipal leaders have also welcomed the digital infrastructure upgrade. “Greenlight Networks’ decision to invest in the Borough of Clementon is a positive step for our region,” said Clementon Mayor Thomas Weaver. “This investment will expand access to modern fiber infrastructure, support local residents and businesses, and help position our community for future growth.”
