Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE) has entered into a multi-year partnership naming Ivo as the Official and Exclusive Legal AI Partner of the Philadelphia 76ers, the New Jersey Devils, and Newark’s Prudential Center.
The multi-year agreement marks Ivo’s first sports partnership in North America. The deal integrates the enterprise contract intelligence platform’s brand into fan experiences across Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey while deploying its artificial intelligence technology within HBSE’s internal corporate legal department.
As a central element of the multi-year deal, Ivo will become the presenting partner of Official Reviews for both league-initiated reviews and coach’s challenges during all Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) and New Jersey Devils (NHL) home games.
Ivo’s branding will appear prominently across in-arena video boards, court-side LED displays, dashboard displays, and broadcast feeds during key replay decision moments on the hardwood and ice.
Beyond the venue floor, HBSE’s legal team will adopt Ivo’s platform to streamline in-house corporate workflows, including contract drafting, redline generation, deal negotiations, and legal research across HBSE’s commercial properties.
