Tanenbaum Keale LLP has announced a major expansion of its national trial and litigation platform with the addition of 10 attorneys, including five partners and a special counsel. The group, which arrives from Connell Foley LLP, brings decades of combined experience representing Fortune 100 companies in high-stakes corporate litigation.
The expansion coincides with the firm’s relocation of its New York City office to a larger Manhattan space to accommodate its rapid growth.
The five new partners and special counsel joining the firm’s Newark and New York offices include:
-
Catherine Bryan (Partner): A nationally respected trial lawyer specializing in complex casualty, transportation, and product liability.
-
William Deveau (Partner): Focuses on complex commercial litigation, environmental matters, and high-exposure insurance claims.
-
Jeffrey O’Hara (Partner): A veteran first-chair trial lawyer and Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers who has tried over 70 cases nationwide.
-
Samuel Quatromoni (Partner): Expert in complex litigation involving premises liability, construction accidents, and the New York Asbestos Litigation.
-
Abigail Rossman (Partner): Specializes in construction-related matters, including New York Labor Law and construction defect litigation.
-
Zachary Nastro (Special Counsel): Concentrates on insurance defense, labor law, and premises liability.
Additionally, the firm welcomed four new associates to its Newark and New York locations: Joseph Appio, Mackenzie Boyer, Rebecca Elias and Christina Scarabino.
The arrival of this group marks a significant milestone for the firm, which was founded in 2017. James Keale, chair of Tanenbaum Keale, emphasized that the new additions were chosen for their deep courtroom experience and alignment with the firm’s client-first culture.
“These are proven trial lawyers who have spent their careers in courtrooms,” Keale said. “Each of them brings judgment earned through experience, credibility earned through results, and a client-first mindset that fits seamlessly with who we are.”
Managing Partner Phil McGovern added that the expansion is part of a deliberate long-term vision to elevate the firm’s advocacy and leadership.
