Headline: Tech veteran Brad Korch named chief financial officer at iCIMS

Holmdel-based hiring platform iCIMS on Monday announced it appointed Brad Korch as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Effective immediately, Korch will lead the company’s global finance division, taking over management of accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, corporate development and business analytics.

The high-profile hire comes on the heels of another major leadership shift at iCIMS: the recent appointment of Marc Thompson as chief executive officer. Korch and Thompson are expected to form a tight strategic partnership, drawing on a proven professional history together. Both executives previously worked side-by-side at EverCommerce, where they successfully navigated the SaaS provider through rapid growth cycles and its subsequent initial public offering (IPO).

In his new role at iCIMS, Korch is tasked with strengthening operational execution and scaling global finance infrastructure as the company aggressively expands its AI-driven recruiting solutions.

“Brad brings a strong combination of experience, financial discipline and strategic perspective working closely with executive teams and investors,” Thompson said. “As we build on our momentum and continue investing in responsible AI innovation, Brad will play a critical role in ensuring we scale operations efficiently, deliver value to our customers and drive long-term growth.”

Korch joins iCIMS with a deep background in corporate finance, capital markets and investor relations. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of finance and head of investor relations at EverCommerce. His prior tenure includes senior financial roles at telecommunications infrastructure firm Zayo Group, alongside foundational research and consulting positions at top-tier institutions including Credit Suisse, Prudential Equity Group, and Accenture. Korch holds a degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.

“ICIMS is uniquely positioned at the intersection of enterprise software and AI, with a strong operational foundation, differentiated platform and a clear focus on customer outcomes,” Korch noted regarding his appointment. “I look forward to partnering with Marc and the leadership team to build on this momentum.”
