Reworld, a waste management company based in Florham Park, has acquired three Long Island-based companies to expand the services it offers in that region.
The three environmental solutions businesses — Clean & Green Recycling Corporation, ClearFlo Technologies and EnviroTec — will comprise a new Lindenhurst Material Processing Facility (MPF) located near four Reworld treatment facilities in Lindenhurst, New York. The acquisition will allow Reworld to expand waste processing, transportation, and resource recovery capabilities.
“By combining the deep expertise and proven track record of these companies with the scale and reach of the Reworld network, we are creating a more integrated experience for customers in the region and making it easier to access the services they need,” Brendan Ferretti, executive vice president of business development and M&A at Reworld, said.
