The Goldstein Group recently said it successfully placed Express Casino Car Wash and Lube at a prime location on Route 1 in Monmouth Junction the firm announced.
The new facilities, located at 3974 Route 1, will revitalize a long-shuttered car wash and lube site, bringing a new operator to the highly visible commercial corridor.
The deal encompasses two separate spaces: an 8,480 square foot building for the car wash and a 3,200 square foot facility dedicated to the car lube business.
Neil Goldstein, principal of The Goldstein Group, and Mark Handwerker, executive vice president, brokered the transaction. They represented the landlord, RJB Enterprises, LLC, while Delmira Marques of VRI Homes Realty, NJ, represented the tenant.
“The former car wash and lube facility had been closed for a while, and we were able to find a new operator to reopen the facilities,” Goldstein said. “The site has tremendous visibility on Route 1 and has back access to Major Road which affords a turnaround to Route 1, making it an ideal location for this type of service.”
The new Express Casino Car Wash and Lube joins a strong lineup of major retailers in the immediate vicinity, including The Home Depot, Target, Shop Rite, McDonalds, Chase Bank, and Bob’s Discount Furniture.
