Newmark Associates, CRE has announced the addition of Isabella Florio to its growing commercial real estate brokerage team. A native of East Hanover with deep roots along the Jersey Shore, Florio will serve clients across Morris County, surrounding northern markets, and Monmouth County.
Florio brings a strong analytical foundation and diverse professional background to her new role:
- Academic Excellence: A graduate of Monmouth University’s Leon Hess Business School and Kislak Real Estate Institute, she earned a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, receiving the 2026 Academic Achievement Award in Finance and Real Estate. She also holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson license.
- Industry Experience: She previously interned with Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) team, utilizing platforms like CoStar to analyze industrial markets across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. She also gained early industry exposure by shadowing professionals at Cushman & Wakefield in Midtown Manhattan and CBRE in Monmouth County.
- Client-Focused Background: Prior to transitioning fully into real estate brokerage, Florio honed her relationship-building, communication, and digital marketing skills in client-facing hospitality and entertainment roles.
