Commercial real estate mortgage banking firm G.S. Wilcox & Co. on Tuesday said it arranged $26 million in combined financing across three industrial properties in Northern New Jersey.
The transaction spans a combined 250,000 square feet across three distinct buildings located in Union, Lincoln Park, and Clifton.

The financing package was negotiated on behalf of a repeat corporate sponsor by Bridget Wilcox, Partner, and Al Raymond, Principal, at G.S. Wilcox & Co.
