Janellen Duffy has been promoted to executive vice president at River Crossing Strategy Group, taking on a newly created firmwide leadership role as the organization prepares for a new phase of growth, RCSG announced.
Founding partner Eric Shuffler applauded the announcement, saying Duffy personifies the excellence associated with the brand.
“Janellen Duffy exemplifies the kind of leadership we value: deep expertise, clear thinking and an intentional commitment to culture and mentoring,” he said. “As RCSG continues to grow, Janellen’s operational leadership will be critical to scaling effectively while preserving quality and culture.”
Duffy, who will continue her role as chair of the RCSG Education practice, said she’s thrilled to take on a larger role at the firm.
“RCSG is an amazing place to work,” she said. “We have a great team, excellent clients and a team-first culture that has driven our service model.
“This new role continues my focus on culture, mentoring and supporting our whole team as we work each day to be strategic, proactive and effective.”
River Crossing Strategy Group has been regularly named as one of New Jersey’s leading government affairs strategy firms. For nearly two decades, RCSG has been building relationships and solving hard problems utilizing its core values of substance, integrity, accessibility and client focus.
“These core values guide our work across a diverse set of practice areas and have been integral to the firm’s success since its inception,” Shuffler said.
Shuffler said the firm has more announcements coming.
“Janellen is one part of our outstanding team at RCSG,” he said. “This announcement is the first of several moves over the next weeks that will position the firm for growth and continued excellence.”
